You can absolutely write a resume without having any work experience! At 22, having a high school diploma and three years of college is a good starting point. Your resume should focus on your education, skills, projects, and any activities that show you can be responsible and learn quickly.

You may use a simple resume format. Include your name, phone number, email address, education, skills, and any volunteer work or school projects. If you attended college for three years but didn't graduate, you can still list it honestly without claiming a degree.

Think about skills you gained in school, such as communication, teamwork, writing, research, computer skills, or problem-solving. If you completed group projects, presentations, or other assignments, you can include them if they relate to the job you're applying for.

When applying for your first job, try looking at entry-level positions such as retail, customer service, office assistant, receptionist, or warehouse work. These jobs often provide training and may not require previous experience.
