the answer to this is quite difficault to answer without knowing more specifics, but from my perspective where I work, we are very mindful to follow the processes in place to avoid un-ethical situations from arising. The HR team puts in place rules and regulations that help to keep employees on the right patch towards good ethics. The employees also take pride in doing the right thing as it helps the company thrive and maintain a good reputation which will keep it around long term.
