What results are better for a teacher, a charter school or public school ?

I would like to work with a group of kids who I can actually impact. I want to know that my work is helping kids be pushed to their full potential in math and that their actually understanding. Im interested in teaching AP Statistics so hopefully at least 90% of my students pass their AP Exam. I wanted to know the difference between the schools and what support a charter school can give me rather than a public due to me wanting to get a feel on where I would be most fit to work at. #human-resources

My daughters 1st job was in a private Christian school, where she taught earth science and coached volleyball, where her passion is coaching. Along with other relatives in the teach field, I see the private schools have pros/cons, similar to public schools... but think the pro's in the private schools out weight the cons (my option from not being within the teaching field and looking from the outside...). - And ALL SCHOOLS that have Great Teachers usually have GREAT PRINCIPALS / School Administration, that support the Teachers who are on the front-line and allow for the best opportunity to positively influence the results, both from a test score and personal impacts into the children's education.
- the Private school family support in amazing, where they can make each individual teacher feel like a family member and provide for your needs and have your back. Not that my daughter is in the private school system, she's still as happy and makes more money, which helps, but it is a different environment and in Texas, falls under the state requirements for testing and curriculum... not flexible like private system.
I also have an Aunt that has a montessori school in Texas and has loved providing for kids for over 30 years now... These kids are exceptionally bright, so teach and test results are only as good as the challenges they are faced with to excel - which great teachers can provide great results ;)!
Good luck ~ Teachers are kids (and parent's) heroes!
