Salary.com and Glassdoor.com but do not go into a field because of salary but more of the passion, motivation, and happiness that it can bring. If you major in Medicine but do not like it that it would be a short term role while if it is something that you like that you would keep working as long as it pays decent.

Surgeons can make anywhere from 280k-530k annually depending on specialty and location. However, do not pick a career based on salary because it is more important to pick a career you will enjoy.
