What do you find most enjoyable in mechanical engineering?

Hello Victor,

The challenge of doing something no one else had done and then it being a success or failure is rewarding. (Failure in mechanical engineering is just a different form of success.)

Hi,

What I like most of all is working on very large machines and solving technical problems. Learning new things and meeting new people are two other areas that I like about mechanical engineering. Since I am a Field Engineer, traveling to new places is also attractive.

It is very rewarding being able to solve technical problems and being part of a team that counts on you to help with the most difficult challenges. It takes a lot of discipline, hard work, resilience, and never giving up to find solutions to many of the problems in ME.
