What does a computer animator do?

Computer animators create animations. You can think of animations as any movie or video that is created by a computer. Phones and any other cameras create videos of the real world. Computer animators create anything that cameras cannot capture. Computer animators can create cartoons based on a story like the movie "Toy Story" or they can create things like visual effects for a movie like the ones you see in superhero movies or even animations related to topic that you are learning about. Anytime you see a movie that is showing something that was not capture by a camera in real life, chances are they were created by a computer animator.

I worked doing animations before, it is fun, basically you are there to put things in position, and make things move around and make them look good, so other things you need to do is meetings to discuss schedules, some planning and then start working on animating things that other teams or you make, it depends how big the team is, how big the department is.
