Constructors have the following key responsibilities, on the projects that they undertake: ensure that the measures and procedures prescribed by the Act and its regulations are carried out on the project, ... ensure that written emergency procedures are established for the project and posted. In a general sense, a contractor is responsible for providing or accomplishing the following tasks: filing for building permits, securing the property, managing the workers on site, providing temporary materials and utilities on site, providing engineering functions and surveying for the site, disposing of wastes left .

Hi this is Lyndsey and your main responsibility as an instructor of art is to keep the students attention get them excited about what you’re teaching them. Make sure that they understand everything that you are explaining to them and find out if they are a visual learner or a learner who needs to actually do it or someone who needs to read to learn or a combination of the above. Being an instructor is a very important position it can really make or break them so a lot of positivity and give them your enthusiasm so they become enthusiastic as well. Stay away from anything that could bring them down and words are always very powerful for an example: people always say I have to clean my house a better way to put that would be I get to clean my house, do you see my point it’s the way you word things you can bring somebody up with your words or you can bring somebody down with your words. Have a format be concise consistent and really care authentically. Authentication is very important when you are sharing and that is what you’re doing and should be doing you’re sharing your knowledge your expertise.
