There are various ways:

1. Some sites allow your to upload your CV
2. Some companies ask you to send them via email

There should be a button that tells you to upload a doc or CV. Otherwise, try to find out the contact person's email and send it directly as an attachment.

On certain platforms that you are applying on there is a place where it will ask you to upload your CV, and it should be saved as a document on your computer for you to upload it. Otherwise, you can send it as an attachment on an email.

It depends on the NGO / Voluntary organization practice. Below are a few popular ways being adopted :

1. Online form - The organisation has online form for you to fill in the information they are interested on

2. Upload your cv online

3. Send by email
