Hi, Reinaldo,

I think Ronold's answer is spot-on! You will need a degree to become a highly paid computer engineer. There are different types of computer engineers. Each company pays differently according to your location, your job level, and type of engineer you are. Some companies pay according to performance. As a computer engineer, this means keeping on top of that ever-changing environment, always learning, getting new certifications and more experience. Take a look at Glassdoor for specific company salaries: https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/index.htm
