It all depends on what fields of interest you have. If you are attending a university that does not have a forensic science undergraduate program you can major in any STEM related major and then look into graduate programs that have forensic science. This doesn't necessarily mean that if you're interested in DNA analysis for forensics that you would have to major in Biology.
