Can the particles of energy in food and water hold consciousness?

According to cell biology, you are what you eat. Does the vibration of energy in particles of food and water have an affect on the way my cells are composed? #doctor #nutrition #cell-biology #energy #atoms #consciousness

What a novel question. I think the answer is "kind of", but probably not in the way you're thinking.

Firstly, the science: "vibration of energy" in particles is actually just what "temperature" really is. Heat really just means things have atoms that are vibrating with a lot of energy, while cold things have less energetic atoms.

Does that affect the way cells are composed? At the extremes, absolutely yes. Give the atoms too much energy, and they're breaking loose from where they were. Certain bonds start to break and chemicals break down - and eventually cells die. Take too much energy away, things stop interacting and literally freeze in place - that also kills cells. In between those extremes, there's some affect on chemical reaction rates, but our bodies compensate with various thermoregulation techniques (sweating etc) which essentially keep those atomic vibes under control, so there's not really an overall effect on cell composition.

Hello Alejandra.. That's a great question. I truly believe the particles of energy in food and water hold consciousness.
