Gizem’s Answer

Hi Jessica,

Pharmacy school is considered a professional school i.e. it prepares you to a specific career (in this case a pharmacist). Upon graduation, pharmacists receive a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy).
PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) degree is given following in-depth studies in a certain field after earning a bachelor's degree. This program is considered a graduate school.
