[closed] What percentage of time do managers spend presenting speeches to other people?

Hello,

I am a business senior in college with an interest in administration. My major is management, and therefore, I would like to learn more about what the typical day of a manager is. I would love to learn more about management skills and activities. I realize that managers spend time doing different things. For example, office managers spend time looking at reports and working on computers. On the other hand, they need to work other people as teams so that a company can boost its revenue, employee morale, and productivity. How much time is devoted to talking with people and presenting speeches? How do managers break up the different activities that involve talking to people. Do they use tools like calendars and hand held devices to get it done, or are some old fashioned?
