[closed] How can leaders link personal and group goals in a meeting with different member relationships?

Hello,
I am a business senior with some academic knowledge of communication, leadership, administration, and management. My major of focus of study in college is management. Hopefully, I will get a career in office management. My question involves working with others in meetings and trying to unite individual and group goals. Can thinking positively help to get everyone's agenda on the same page? I realize that leaders can be authoritative, democratic, or laissez-faire. Some can be effective by focusing meetings on products and people.

Thank you. #leadership #communications #office-management #administration #communication
