[closed] Can business management leaders use examples, definitions, statistics, quotations, and narratives to support others?

Hello,
My name is Aimee and I am a business senior with an interest in administration and a concentration of management. I aspire to be in office management for my career, so I am continually seeking knowledge from professionals about the latest skills, software, and trends in business. So far I have an associate's degree in administration and soon will be obtaining a bachelor's degree in administration. I have academic knowledge knowing how to communicate, lead by example, and work with others. In addition, I have gained skills from volunteering that allow me to demonstrate a willingness to organize and lead projects. When discussing ideas with others, how do I know what type of support to use? I do not want to waste mental energy, time, or resources to obtain the attention of others and not get anything pushed forward.

I appreciate your ideas. #business-administration #leadership #communications #communication #office-administration
