Consider the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry. Field roles (Sales or Medical Liaisions) can start with a Biology background. Same for in-ofice Medical Manager roles. Depending on your other interests, you may want to work on the commercial side. Many of the best marketeers I've worked with have Biology backgrounds and leverage their scientific understanding and knowledge combined with commercial capabilities for very successful careers.
