I'm very interested in how the brain works and want to do something where I can learn about how the human brian works. What career would be best for me.

I want to do psychology because it has to do with working with the brain. I definitely interested in helping people but also want to work with discovering things about the brain we've yet to discover? #psychology #health

Hi Tyler,

First, you can do an undergraduate degree in psychology, and seek a specialization in neuropsychology, that studies the relationships between the brain and behavior. The neuropsychologist analyzes, what cognitive functions are preserved (healthy) and what areas have been compromised, such as attention, perception, language, reasoning, memory, learning, information processing, motor and executive skills. In the neuropsychological assessmentthe professional investigates how the disease affects the nervous system of the individual, looking for new treatment strategies with the aim of reintegration of this person in your daily activities.

Good luck!
