Damion’s Answer

As all of the above have written I agree. Make the essay be natural and from the heart. Do not fill it full of fluff but let it show your best attributes and abilities. Make a passionate case as to why you belong at that particular school. How it coincides with your beliefs and values.
Best wishes!

Emily’s Answer

Hi Clementine,
One key component in writing an outstanding college essay is to write an essay that shows what kind of person you are. It's important for schools to understand who you are and how you became the person you are today. I would consider writing about events or hardships that impacted your life and how you turned it into a meaningful lesson.
