To grasp understanding/answers, what website or platform is a good site for a Pharmacy Tech students to watch/read? If so is there a book you could recommend perhaps?

I like to think... In order to become the best, you have to learn about the rest any useful knowledge a person has to offer. So while having this time to use wisely. Any suggestions?

Pubmed and ncbi are very good websites about latest researches on different drugs. It helps you understand how different drugs are evaluated and different approaches they use to determine the efficacy of the drug.
It also helps you understand different concepts like controlled group, study group etc, side effects, and different statistical methods they use to come up with efficacy numbers
