Blake’s Answer

Hey Devetra,

I have not written a book, but I believe the next steps would be to get an agent. Then work with the agent to find a publishing company. I'm sure there are many other ways, though.

Thanks,
Blake

Bobby’s Answer

Never get into the game thinking you're about to light it on fire. You ain't.

Read a ton. Write a ton. Write short stories, poems, flash fiction, and then consider tackling a book. Publishing a cannibalistic business that's hard as nails and you gotta be hard to join in the pain circus.
