I am a communications major going into my senior year of college. I have no summer internships or any clue about what I want to do. I really want an internship for the fall of 2023. Can anyone recommend any places near Salve Regina University (Newport, R.I.) ?

Make sure you are meeting with your college advisor/counselor, a trusted teacher and a resource in the Communication Department to help you identify local non-profits, that folks are recommending to you, that are or will be requiring internships so you don't lose any more time and just to keep getting experience with networking. These resources can also help you with interviewing techniques, crafting a basic resume, etc. Best wishes and you can do this. Communication is a versatile major and don't forget you also know Spanish very well.

My first internship was with a non-profit organization. I suggest you look for a local organization that needs help. It's a great way to start in the field!
