I didn't know what I wanted to do until after I got my bachelor's degree. A professor had given me wrong information about what could be done with a BA in psychology (nothing in reality, as I found out, other than maybe administer tests in schools) so I went to a 6 month training school for my other love, computers specifically programming.
If you're going to work right after high school, you can try out various types of jobs and decide which one you want to focus on for a possible career. You could even go to college later in life.

It may come as a surprise, but most people do not know what their career will be while in HS. They may have ideas on a general category, but it is rare for a HS student to know the specific career (although I do recall a fellow HS student who wanted to be a fireman, and that's what he did). My suggestion is to follow the general interest areas of yours and stay open to new careers that you will discover as you pursue post-HS education. I respect that there is often a strong push from friends (and family—especially parents) to find the right career, but that decision will evolve over time and may happen over several years. And you may decide to switch careers at some point if you find that what you once liked doing eventually becomes routine and lacks new challenges. Just focus on making this one life meaningful to you. All the best to you I wish.
