When I get into the office in the morning, I turn on my lamps, diffuser, and workstation before making a some tea. Then I queue up the latest episode of what I'm watching on my second screen and get to work! The majority of what I do is CG environments for animated films, and it's pretty tedious and takes a long time before it really starts to take shape, so having something I enjoy playing in the background definitely makes the day even better! I set a goal for myself, "today I'm going to finish that parking lot" or "I'm going to model a basic layout for the next environment".
A few days a week, I've got meetings with producers and other artists, which can be fun too. On Fridays we all report in on the results we've achieved for the week, and it's kinda like a VFX show-and-tell.
Wash, rinse, and repeat!

I start the day by reviewing my calendar to allow myself a mental note of my timeline. Then I will take a look at my TO DO list. Once I do that, I determine if my to do list is still in the right priority order or need to rearrange. Based on that I get started! Most of my day is on zoom, so I also set my phone alarm for me to step away because it easy to become consumed and not get up! The other thing I do is cheesy, but it works for me - I write down what I call my three '1. What I accomplished 2. What I learned 3. What I did for someone else.' I have been doing this for awhile and it helps me with my mid year and year end self-evaluations.
