What do I do if I have 2 options for a field that are related, yet a 3rd that is completely unrelated, yet I enjoy as much as the other 2?

I want to go into a biology field, either wildlife or agricultural, yet I also absolutely love all things choir. I want to have a career where I am constantly using my hands to figure something out, but I also want to help people learn something I've always enjoyed.

Excellent question!

If I were you I would sit down and try to think of what kind of person you are and what your beliefs are around work. This will help you figure out what type of career you want. Some people value jobs that give them consistent income and the time, mental energy and money to do their other passion (in your case singing). Some people need to do jobs where they’re consistently inspired and tapping into their soul regularly. they may not care about the financial ups and downs of inconsistent work because the trade off is worth it to them.

There is a world where you can do bits of all three. Like another commenter mentioned there are many ways to get involved with your passions outside of work. You don’t have to sacrifice two for one.

I encourage you to sit with that and think of the life you envision yourself having. I know it may be challenging but taking your time is so worth it. I believe in you :)
