What career would you suggest
I am a freshman in college and I am currently majoring in Zoology. I have always had a love of animals and an interest in endangered animals. I am unsure of what career would be right for me. I am not interested in being a vet, but I would love a career involving animals.

A very important step for you to take at this point is to get to know yourself better and see how your personality traits match with people in various career areas. During my years of college recruiting, I encountered too many graduates who skipped this step and found, when on the job, that they did not like the practical application of what they had studied. That is great that you know you like animals! Using that a starting point, it might help if you:
1) did some self-exploration as to what you like (e.g. how long are you willing to go to school? how much do you want in terms of salary? how do you want to work with animals in your future career?)

3) talk with your career counselor / guidance counselor at school. They can help you pinpoint what it is you really want in a career and help you find something that feels truly fulfilling.
