I want to go to have a major in doctors but a minor in photography would that be possible or would I have to chose one or the other?
I am in 8th grade going into 9th and I just want to think ahead

You have such wonderful interests and I would be happy to contribute some advice for you for a career in medicine and an interest in photography.
To prepare for your careers, I will touch upon the path you can take for becoming a doctor, than I will discuss the photography. The first step you would take to prepare yourself for Medical School would be to take human science in high school and major in a human science in college. You do not need a minor, but you can choose a minor and I would suggest another human science to minor in. Some of the college majors that will prepare you for medical school will be Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Organic Chemistry. You should take a class in any one of these in high school, too.
Generally, medical schools require that you take the following courses as an undergraduate in college for your Bachelor of Science degree: Biology for one year, Chemistry for two years, English for one full year, one course in Genetics, one full year of Math preferably calculus and statistics, Physics for one full year including labs, one course in Psychology and one course in Sociology. That would be what is generally expected to be admitted to Medical School.
Since your undergraduate study would be a lot of heavy science requirements, plus you'd have to take all the general ed requirements in addition, I would advise not thinking about the photography as an academic route. If one of your general ed requirements in undergraduate college includes a photography class, than by all means, take advantage of that to fulfill a general ed course. You do not need a degree in photography to be a photographer and photography is something that can be self-taught or learned through on line instruction. By a search on line you can find many courses on various types of photography and how to use photographic equipment. Try to join a photography group or club now in high school and you will learn much from doing projects with fellow students. See if there is a photography class that you can take in high school. That would be the best way to be active in both of your interests as you plan to move ahead with your Bachelors degree and Medical School.

To become a doctor, you need to go to medical school. That's a graduate degree, therefore you first have to earn an undergraduate degree (any undergraduate degree). For graduate degrees there are usually no majors and minors. Also, medical school is quite hectic and demanding. I doubt that you would have time to study something else, possibly on a different campus.
Theoretically, you could earn your bachelors in photography before you apply to medical school. But that wouldn't do much to prepare you for medical school. You would have to take the required pre-requisite science classes on the side then.
And then there is the profession of medical photographer:

Overall, I would recommend that you do your undergrad studies in science or possibly psychology. Go to medical school to become a doctor and enjoy photography as a nice hobby.

A very interesting question. If you are talking about medical doctorate you can major in anything you want in undergrad most people do Biology or science related fields because it allows them to study for the medical entrance exam during undergrad and fufills all of the prereq material that you will need to get into medical school, but it is not unreasonable to major in something like Biology and minor in photography while doing undergrad work. I minored in organic analytical chemistry and it didn’t add that many courses to my schedule. Overall spend high school determining what you want to do in the future and go from there. You are going to do great.

First thing I want you to know... you can do anything you set your mind to.. If you want to go to college and get your major in medicine you can do that ... if you want to go get a degree in photography , you can do that too. As we get older our perspectives or ideas change about things,and sometimes it doesn't. Right now it seems that you want your major to be in medicine ..ok start to take classes towards that goal ,but you can still do photography now,..go out take pictures - practice the art (meaning take pictures ) .
