Deciding on a career path can often be a challenging task. At times, the aspirations we have in our youth may change as life unfolds in unexpected ways. My suggestion to you is to pursue a path that brings you joy. As a famous band once said, "chase the dream, not the money." Although I may not earn a hefty salary by some measures, I find immense satisfaction in my work, my colleagues, and the fulfillment it brings, proving that it's not all about the money. Always remember, it's perfectly fine to take your time to discover what truly makes you happy.

Hi Seth,

Figuring out your career path can be a process of self-discovery. Here are a few steps to help you get started:

Self-assessment: Reflect on your interests, values, strengths, and skills. What activities do you enjoy? What are you passionate about?
Explore options: Research different careers and industries. Look into job descriptions, educational requirements, salary expectations, and growth opportunities.
Gain experience: Internships, part-time jobs, volunteering, or shadowing professionals can provide valuable insights into various career paths.
Seek guidance: Talk to mentors, career counselors, or professionals in fields you're interested in. They can offer advice and share their experiences.
Experiment: Don't be afraid to try new things and pivot if necessary. Your career path may evolve over time as you gain more experience and learn about yourself.
Remember, it's okay if you don't have all the answers right away. Keep exploring and experimenting until you find a career that feels fulfilling and aligns with your interests and goals.

Best of luck!
