How do I go about fashion and designing , because it is a good career opportunity ?
Have something unique is woo, it if a very unique skill, it gives one self confidence to have something different from the public, and have new Ideas and creative insights

I am really happy that you are asking more questions and being specific as to what career you are interested in for your future ! Continuing with what I suggested in your other post, I stand by my suggestion to attend job fairs and I have left a link for you to become familiar with fashion connected events. Also explore some entry level positions at the link I've left for you below.
Start thinking about where you'll attend fashion school after you graduate high school. You live right among all the very best schools for fashion. I've left a link below of the schools for fashion and the best way to start is to go for orientations and tours of all the schools you can. This will boost your motivation and inspire you by getting a first hand glimpse of the schools and asking detailed questions while there. Going this route will give you enough information to make a decision as to which school to choose.
In the meantime, before fashion school, keep designing, sewing, styling and take photos of your fashions and begin a portfolio now. This is something that you can do on your own and it will be fulfilling to look back and see all of your creations. Fashion schools also will want to see a portfolio, too. You can start this now.
You are right about letting your creativity take shape. Your career in the fashion world will be a process and I believe that going to fashion school will provide you knowledge, contacts, event opportunities, exposure for your fashions and the ability to meet positive, fun, supportive people. Try not to let anything hold you back. Do a lot of reading about the industry as well as watch videos about the career and you will progress. I have left a link for you below for trade magazines (most of them have websites) and that can explain some of the questions you may have. But your first step should be start creating now. Than graduate high school and enroll in fashion school.

You are absolutely right about fashion designer being a great career choice.
I agree with other people answering your question that being in New York is in itself a great help to you trying to establish your career in fashion.
There are many locally located companies that design and manufacture clothing right there in the city.
I would like to recommend that you start by researching specifically what kind of jobs people do to support garment manufacturing.
A designer is only one job that is needed in the process. There are different positions available for people with different skill sets: sourcing and ordering the materials and trims, supervising sewers and cutters, scheduling and communication, dealing with factories, just to name a few. All of these professions contribute to the creation of clothing.
Try to figure out what is of the most interest to you. If you can’t stop coming up with new ideas for clothing, then go ahead and learn to sketch , plus developing some sewing skills is necessary.
If, on the other hand, creativity is not your main strength, look into other opportunities that exist within the garment manufacturing process. There are plenty.
