There are many core components to being a good entrepreneur and many of them have already been provided in the previous answers, but here are few additional thoughts perhaps explained in different ways. First there is the owner mentality. A business owner often thinks differently than an employee. You have a vested interest in the business and its success or failure is your responsibility so your commitment to costs, profit, and quality should always be top of mind always striving for the best. A successful business will need to solve a problem that your customers cannot readily or easily solve on their own. If you are the originator of a new product or service, you will want to ensure your business is unique and cannot be easily copied by larger and more nimble competitors. If you are entering a market where there are existing similar providers, your business plan should have clearly defined reasons why your company can deliver the same service better, faster, cheaper, etc.

Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you have interest to be an entrepreneur and start your business in technology. Have you thought about what technology areas you would like to start you business? E.g. Hardware, Digital Marketing, AI, Application Development?
Below are my suggestions :
1. Think about what technology areas you would like to start your business
2. Do some analysis on the industry, e.g. competition status, entry criteria, any alternative / substitute, etc.
3. Take industry relevant courses and management courses
4. Work in the industry some time to understand the business model and establish people network
5. Start the business online first if possible
