During this period, I also maintain a journal, noting down my daily objectives, aspirations, or reflections on the previous day. Following this, I attend to personal hygiene, dress up, and set off for work. In the evening, I ensure to have my meal at least 3 hours before I retire for the night. I then carry out my nighttime hygiene routine and settle down with a good book. I dedicate the last 30 minutes before sleep to a digital detox, keeping my phone aside to ensure a restful night.
