What would be the steps to getting into F1 academy as a pit stop mechanic if I’m a 9th grader?

I love racing, ESPECIALLY Formula One, and hope to someday work in the pit stop crew for F1 Academy, but I’m concerned about how I’ll get there. I currently take extracurricular classes in STEM and do work hard to keep my grades up, just need some advice on what I should take class-wise, and/or do outside of school to get eventually excepted into F1 Academy.
