What would be the steps to getting into F1 academy as a pit stop mechanic if I’m a 9th grader?

I love racing, ESPECIALLY Formula One, and hope to someday work in the pit stop crew for F1 Academy, but I’m concerned about how I’ll get there. I currently take extracurricular classes in STEM and do work hard to keep my grades up, just need some advice on what I should take class-wise, and/or do outside of school to get eventually excepted into F1 Academy. Thanks!

How can I follow either of these dream career paths?

How can I pursue a career in racing, specifically in Formula 1? Or, how do I get a job with a German auto manufacturer, such as BMW, Porsche, or Mercedes? I'd like to live abroad in Germany working for them. For background, I am a current mechanical engineering major, minoring in German.

What is the best avenue to getting a job as an engineer on a Formula 1 team?

I have dreamed of being on a Formula 1 team as an engineer, but I feel at a loss as to how I can get there. I struggle to know what the steps to achieving such a career even are. Right now I am in the midst of my College journey, Studying Mechanical Engineering. Outside of class I am part of a formula SAE team. I struggle to see what I should pursue after college in order to get a position in Formula 1.

Does anyone know of any opportunity for American highs chool students with F1 ?

I am a high school student in the US, which doesn't leave a ton of opportunities for careers in formula one or any formula series. I am wondering if anybody knows of any internships or early programs that can be completed in the US as a junior or senior in high school. My dream would be to work with the Mercedes AMG F1 team in the future but also love the Mclaren racing team, so would love to see opportunities there as well. Thanks all!

What path should I take if I want to enter a career in the automotive industry?

I am extremely interested in cars: how they work, auto racing, and exotic sports cars. I would love to find a career that would allow me to delve into the world of automotive racing specifically but also pay well enough for me to own an exotic sports car. I am wondering where I should start in order to achieve this goal. #technology #automotive #auto-racing #mechanical-engineering

How viable of an option is it to work in the hyper-car industry?

Hi! My name's Keegan and I'll be attending Tulane University in the fall. I'm interested in the automotive engineering industry and plan on completing a 3 + 2 year program where I obtain a BS in physics from Tulane in 3 years and then a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins or Vanderbilt after an additional 2 years of study at either of those respective places. I'm planning on getting my Masters or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or Automotive Engineering after my undergraduate work, and intend to move to Italy, Great Britain, or Germany to work in the hyper-car or Formula 1 industry after I've finished. #engineering #mechanical-engineer #automotive #aerodynamics #automotive-electronics #auto-racing #manufacturing-engineering
