Within the field of human resources, I have experience with talent acquisition, organizational strategy, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS implementations. As the Human Resources Director for LIVunLtd I partner with C-Level executives and senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, overseeing HR and TA operations to support our 900 team members across a complex, distributed workforce.

I have a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and hold my SHRM-SCP. Currently I am pursuing a Maters of Studies in Law with a concentration in Employment Law.

In my free time you can find me with a book under my nose, on the couch eating popcorn engrossed in a sitcom I've already seen five times, laying out at the beach, or if it's cold, watching 'Island Life' on HGTV pretending I was at a beach.
