years’ experience leading exceptional teams to deliver some of the UK's
toughest Infrastructure challenges across Rail, Oil & Gas and FMCG.
A proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle at director level,
underpinned by an onus on safety, wellbeing and delivering responsibly.
Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and systematically robust
with an unwavering focus on achieving customer aligned results that
deliver impact by driving step-changes in performance.

Over a 10 year career to date, Stefan has delivered in a leadership capacity
on UK nationally critical infrastructure and major transportation hubs, from
managing a team 200 delivery staff in the £245m Bond Street TfL Station
upgrade, to delivering both the design and construction for Centrica’s
Barrow Natural Gas Plant responsible for 10% of the UK’s energy. Stefan
has worked closely with stakeholders at all levels to build trust and provide
assurance of safe and timely delivery in the some of the most highly
regulated industries. Stefan has also demonstrated work winning prowess
having lead multiple bid teams, recently spearheading 6 concurrent bids
£1bn in total value for the HS2 Rail systems scope.
