👋 Hi, I'm Mia [Me-uh]
🎓 I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), with a major in Human Resources Management, specialization in Industrial Relations and minor in Politics & Governance.
☁️ Currently, I am gaining valuable experience at PagerDuty, as part of their inaugural People Team Leadership Development Program. Some projects that I am currently working on include: strengthening our career mobility tools and resources, partnering with internal stakeholders on various organizational needs and facilitating trainings to ensure a positive employee experience!
🌟 Some of my passions include, but definitely are not limited to, sustainability within our globalized world, worker's rights, and creative arts. I am always eager to learn and challenge myself through new experiences.
