Jah'Shae Newman

My name is Jah'Shae Newman, and I am an early-career professional specializing in Education!

I studied psychology and sociology at Smith College and have grown obsessed with environmental factors and how the surrounding world has an innate impact on youth development. Much of my happiness and excitement in the field come from advising individuals and contributing to projects that contribute to the mindful upbringing of young adults.

While I am not an expert, I have had the opportunity to receive direct counsel from a Career Navigation Specialist who has coached and mentored me through the entire career navigation process for the last five years (we're also still connected!).

Finding your first job will not be easy, and neither will adjusting to change, but with the right community and a network of dedicated individuals who care, you can go far! No question is a dumb question!
