kehli’s Career Stories

When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?

When I was released from school, I went to the world of work and met many craftsmen and beginners. I learned a lot with the craftsmen. My income was very weak. I learned years from them and established myself. Then I went to the vocational training center.

What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?

After I went to the vocational training center, I studied there for 18 months and was working at the same time. I learned everything related to the world of wall painting, decorating, and decoration. I had more than 5 years of experience, and despite the fatigue of work and the barriers of a small job, I forced myself to continue working, collecting positive ideas, learning about the negatives, interacting with high-level craftsmen, and I worked hard. With them, there is no room for the weak in the world of painting and decoration, and now I have accumulated good experience and I am proud of it, and I now teach new people about my work and explain to them everything

In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?

I work hard at my work and try to develop my work, master my work, and get a good image

When did you get your first Big Break? How did you get it? How did it go?

I obtained it when I had a vocational training certificate thanks to my continuous work in the field of wall painting and my contact with technically advanced people.

Did anyone ever oppose your career plans when you were young or push you in a direction you did not want to go?

I was exposed to many professional obstacles and was expelled by craftsmen, so that I did not know anything in this field. They used to say, “Go in another field,” but I insisted on this field.

What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?

I was hoping for support and motivation from the craftsmen and to push me forward

How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?

I chose my career as a day laborer, and after working in it, I loved it and insisted on continuing in it. I had a talent for learning quickly and I wanted to unleash my energy in it

What is it like when your job gets tough?

Everything is difficult, but with love for work, perseverance, gaining experience, and overcoming all difficulties, you realize that your work is easy. I think you learned a lot from him

How did you start building your network?

Through diligence, perseverance, love of work, and acquiring a lot of skills, experience, and contact with many craftsmen in your field or in another field, then you develop yourself and innovate in your field.
