I get injured and unhealthy people walking and moving better.

What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?

Reach for the stars! Don't settle.

What is it like when your job gets tough?

Working with insurance companies is the toughest part of my job. Reimbursement is less and less allowable visits are less and less while at the same time copays and deductibles are going up. Meaning we have to fight for every patient to get them the care they need.

What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?

Starting a private practice in todays climate is very difficult. Now there are physician owned clinics, mega chain clinics, and hospital clinics everywhere. I believe in giving the best care, one on one attention and spending time with each person to find out what they need to get back to what they want in life. I believe in providing exceptional customer service. I feel that every day is a victory if I have helped one patient!
