Thank you for your question. Different people may have different meaning on success, e.g. social status, money, work life balance, happiness, etc. You may think about what success meaning to you. The most important is to find out what career you have interest.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Think about what you have interest, e.g. your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc. and identify the related careers
E.g. If you like music, would you like to a musician, singer, music producer, music composer, musical artist, etc.
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, financial analyst, banker, engineer, maths teacher, etc.
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, your parent, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 career you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
6. Upon graduation, you can establish a long-term career development and break it down into short term milestones. Review the plan regularly and make adjustments if necessary.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
