In high school, you get a lot of guidance and regular tests, which help you keep up with your homework and studying. In college, you need to be more self-motivated because there's a lot of reading and studying without frequent tests. It's important to manage your time well to get everything done. One thing that helped me was having a study group or buddy, or studying in a library where it's easier to focus. Creating a study schedule with specific times to review what you've learned and prepare for tests or assignments can help balance study time and free time. Remember to enjoy your free time by joining clubs and getting involved in activities. Also, make use of your professors' and TAs' office hours to ask questions. This is great for learning and also for networking with those who teach you.

Hi Mary,
Based on my experience, in my high school days, I enjoyed studying and hanging out with my school/class mates., but in study style, I studied alone at home.
But in my uni days, i got more friends, not only within my class, but also mutual friends from different classes, even from other uni too. Main difference is to build network , and grow the circles, by studying as group session, doing projects together, or going for camping/trip with the group.
Those will give you great memories and will even help you in starting your own career. Building network means more opportunities for you to grow /start your professional life.
All the best & Have fun!

I really liked studying in college more than in high school. In college, you become resourceful because you're surrounded by other students in the same boat. You also get more freedom to choose how to study for tests and exams. Each professor has a unique way of teaching, which is great if you like variety. In high school, you have to follow a set way to prepare for tests, and it can be tough if the teacher's style doesn't match how you learn best.
