Good Day Rishita! Contact the municipal shire where you aim to hold the career exposition / fair. If it is in Frisco county, contact the County Council about getting permission and paying any fees. Contact the local colleges and universities:-

Hi Rishita, why not start by asking your classmates which jobs they’re curious about? Once you have a list, you can decide whether to reach out to parents and local businesses for support. You might also want to explore hosting a monthly virtual career session featuring unique jobs like aeronautics or marine biology.

It's great for middle schoolers to learn from university students as well. There might be college students nearby who would love to share their experiences from high school and college with you.

I have found that chambers of commerce and local libraries can be wonderful resources. A chamber of commerce for instance, will have ties to virtually all local businesses and can make it easy for you to distribute a flyer, inviting them to participate in a career fair. Local libraries might even be willing and able to provide space and resources to help make it a reality. Last, but not least, as the other post shared, there are likely nonprofits that you might be able to partner with. Many hands can make light work. Hope this is helpful
