I make sure to fully understand the topic, whether it's about benefits, policy changes, or evaluating vendors. This allows me to ask smart questions that look at the issue from different angles. This way, we catch details AI might miss and ensure we're not just fixing the immediate problem but also meeting bigger business goals.

Critical thinking helps me look at options fairly, predict future effects, and guide clients to make practical and forward-thinking decisions. In simple terms, I focus on the "why" and "what if," while AI handles the "what" and "how fast."

Nothing can every replace you with empathy and compassion. You need to be yourself when you're working with any group. AI is definitely a tool to help all avenues of business but it is also never going to replace the actual person who is formulating the thoughts behind them. AI is more broad unless the person asking the questions is more precise. You need to be the person behind the AI who can get to the actual need of the client or audience.

There are a myriad of human skills and qualities that AI is unable to replicate. Most of it relates to the in person component of being a human. As the response before me discussed, its important to harness the power of AI as a tool, and ultimately you are the one controlling it, so it doesn't function on its own and isn't in a client facing setting (at least not yet). First, a lot of interactions with clients require some kind of relationship, and being a person that can relate to others, show empathy, and build trust overall, is super important. Additionally, being a person, we are able to adapt a lot better and stay flexible in situations, so we are able to adjust a lot better during times of ambiguity or any challenges we are faced with. Lastly, we also have the ability to weave in story telling and other communication skills such as eye contact etc. with our clients, making our interactions a lot more engaging for everyone. There are other things as well that I didn't mention, but this is what came to mind for me. Hope this helps!

For me, personally, I think my ability to build relationships, lead with compassion/have empathy, increasing emotional intelligence and having a great level of communication has helped me a lot in my career. I am working a lot with AI but the human advantage still remains, not just in terms of empathy. As human it's way easier to understand all relevant context as it's almost impossibel for any current AI to see the full picture (or to connect all the relevant data). So having the strategic overview, the full understanding of the broader context, having knowledge about clients and verticals also from the past (personal) interactions is something AI can hardly replicate.

There are many different skills that I use when speaking with customers or members at my jobs. Some of these skills include empathy with it comes to peoples questions or concerns, critical thinking when it comes to solving different problems that come up and the ability to learn complex new ideas or messages sent from my managers. I think it is important to have all these types of skills because they will help you in any career or job that you have in life. AI can not impact others like humans can and it is important to recognize the importance you have as a person. I LIVE! I can relate to people as a human! Not a 'BOT.' I have written software in nutrition education, and I cannot afford to use 'Double Dutch, not when talking to people as a dietitian counselor, since 1976!

I deliberate and delight in conversation with Real People. Extensively explain the Artificial Intelligence Technology. I spend lots of time with inquisitive others! That way, I am bound to have them trust me.

Eventually, maybe you can function as a counselor too! Allaying people's fears. It is hard to replace a friendly, reassuring, sincere smile from a familiar human face! Spend plenty of time explaining the technology and why it is here. Give a full rationale of how this company intends to use Artificial Intelligence. Like, what is it for? What are the limits of the technology? How will it make my work easier?

Ask for questions, welcome them, so you can answer them! Will this technology grow or shrink my role within this company? What about my pay packet?
