I don't know of any programs that promise a one-year completion. However, if you took advanced courses during your Bachelor's degree, you might get credit for them in your MBA. This can help reduce your workload and let you finish faster. You could also take more classes each semester to speed things up. A friend of mine took three courses per semester and finished his MBA in just 18 months at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Hello, Jonah !
One year Masters programs are not going to be the best at all for any Major. The standard for a Masters Degree is two years so my advice is to not do a fast track quickie Masters Degree.
Your first choice should be a Masters Program offered by the University you've received your Bachelors from. If you like the program, it would be good to just continue at the same university.
All of the MBA Programs at your nearby universities would prepare you for a career, so you would have to explore the programs and use your own personal view as to which one you would like best. The universities that offer an MBA are Weber State University, Utah State University, Brigham Young University, and The University of Utah in Salt Lake City. You may want to visit the campuses for an orientation and tour so you can see the campuses yourself and know which one you like best.
When you go for your Masters in Business Administration, you will either have to do a capstone project or a thesis and dissertation - it depends on the college program. All the more why you shouldn't go for a quick one year program, rather give it the full two years. It's not about just having the diploma/advanced degree, it's about the extra knowledge and experience beyond your Bachelors Degree. Decide what your career priority is to help you decide what to do for the Masters Program.
I wish you all the best in all you do !
