Hello, Zaryah !
Tuskegee University in Alabama is the only HBCU in the United States with a fully accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program through its College of Veterinary Medicine.
If you are planning to attend Veterinary School, you should obtain your Bachelors Degree in Biology, Animal Science, Zoology, Chemistry, or Microbiology. These majors would be appropriate to prepare you for Veterinary School.
As for HBCU colleges located in the Mid West, there are Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis, Missouri, Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and there's a Design School - Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design in Detroit, Michigan.
You will need to go to each of these college's websites (except the design school of course) to see what their major programs are and if any of them offer a Major for Biology, Animal Science, Zoology, Chemistry, or Microbiology. There's not many to choose from, so a comparison of the colleges for your Bachelors Degree will help you decide which college would be best for you to attend.
Best wishes in all you do !
