How can I successfully manage nursing school, full-time work, and being a parent without burning out ?
I’m an LPN working full-time on day shift with block scheduling while completing my prerequisites for a BSN program. I’m also a mom and want advice from professionals who managed school, work, and family at the same time.

It will be tough and you must concentrate on your final goal, always. I used to work per diem so I could be with my daughter when she needed me home and I had more ability to rework my availability.

Hello! You need to understand that not everything we want can be done at the same time. If you find the necessary time for each thing, that’s great! If you leave one thing aside to do another, maybe you should reconsider which things are priorities. I suggest you organize your time and see if it’s enough for everything!
