You are my ideal mentor, but I will give some advice from an international perspective (I live in Balkans, Albania) and becoming nurse at a young age it does not much effort regarding education path - A Bachelor of Professional in Nursing is about 3 years. Of course, the experience is the best way to learn (learning by doing) and the challenges the nurses face in Albania is like critical thinking and compassion. I have some experience in hospital because I have work as medical cashier and overall, the nurses in that hospital has been working well under pressure. In some cases of emergency, they solved the problem quickly. Hope it helps! Blessing Isida Mici

The hardest part of becoming a CRNA is earning a competitive ICU profile and surviving the admissions bottleneck, not intelligence or motivation alone.
If you plan early, target the right ICU, protect your GPA, and prepare financially, the path is difficult—but absolutely achievable.
