Time management is one of the best skills to develop when you start your nursing program.
Many of my friends have gone through nursing programs and found how strenuous it can be as they go through the coursework, study for exams, and go through rotations. Being able to manage it all makes all the difference and the best way to manage it all is to manage time extremely well.
Also, it’s important to take your rotations as seriously as possible. That can give you a clear sense of what nursing facet you want to go into.
Best of luck!

This may be unpopular opinion but being likable is one of the greatest skills to develop in nursing school. I am applying to nurse practitioner school right now and my best letter of recommendation is from my health assessment professor from the first semester of nursing school who liked me. the other 2 letters of rec are from clinical instructors who loved me as well.
as far as how to be likable in nursing school, an easy one is sit in the front row your whole first semester, after that youll have more repor with the professors and wont need to anymore. another one is to email your professors and go to office hours and ask these questions 1) whats best about me as a student 2) whats worst about me as a student 3) how was your experience in nursing school were you an A student? B student? just trying to pass?.
Good luck you got it!
