Hello, Taiwo !
I am sorry that you are having a time applying to Masters Programs.
You have your Higher National Diploma which may not have prepared you for the Masters Programs you want to apply to. The only people that can answer this question with a definite and detailed answer would be someone who is on staff at the University you want to apply to. They may just admit students entering the Masters Program that already have a Bachelors Degree from a university in that particular subject. You need to contact the universities individually and ask them directly what is required to enter your Masters Program in your chosen subject.
There has been longstanding debate over the Higher National Diploma's equivalence in employment, though recent efforts by the federal government have led to improved recognition and employment parity in some sectors. You will have to contact the various universities and obtain the information about what is required.
You can find out what program to apply for by seeing if you qualify to apply for it by calling the universities or looking on their websites. No one online can tell you to apply to the Metropolitan School of Business and Management for a Bachelors Degree or a Masters at a University. This information requires discussion and evaluation and based on the universities various guidelines. If you can go in person, that would be a big help, but random information about this will not be beneficial to you.
In Nigeria, a Higher National Diploma can be converted into a Bachelor's degree through specific programs designed for this purpose. This process is commonly known as a "top-up" degree program, which allows HND holders to earn a full Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree by completing an additional academic year or two. Ask all of the universities about this before you apply.
I hope this helps and I wish you all the best !
