Thank you for your question. Firstly, you find out time management tool to help, e.g. Google Calendar, MS Outlook, your phone watch, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes and prayer time
2. Assign some time everyday on your assignment and projects. Review the material covered in the class everyday. If you have any questions, ask the teacher on next school day.
3. Make sure you have enough sleep and do some exercise
4. Allocate some time for your leisure and family & friends gathering on weekends
5. Assign more time for revision before assessment
You do not need to fill up your schedule. Leave some time to relax.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Hi Zephanaiah, Most people will tell you to just 'grind' and stick to a schedule like a machine. But here’s the secret: your brain isn't a computer; it's more like a phone battery. If you never let it recharge, it stops performing.
Every few months, try shaking up your routine. If you’ve been praying or studying at the exact same time every day, move it. Change the scenery. It prevents you from feeling like a robot and keeps the habit feeling 'real.'
Being disciplined is the foundation, but the hardest part of success is knowing when to stop. Taking a break isn't 'being lazy'—it’s the strategic fuel that keeps you in the game long-term.Cheers, Thao .

easy and fast, forgive me is this one is too short but one really good habit to manage your time is that if you can do something in less than 10 minutes, do it now and don't live it for tomorrow .

A good rule for time management is to set aside two hours of study time for every hour that you spend in class.
Pick a quiet place to study so you can focus your time and attention to learn and absorb.
Set aside a consistent time each day to study that is free of distractions and gives you a relaxed space to do activities as prayer and meditation.
Consistency is very important. Make these suggestions a priority in your daily activities so that you can focus and learn.
