Thank you for your question. I am glad to know that you have the strength and hobbies on sports.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Do you have interest to become professional boxing player, boxing coach, personal trainer, sports journalist, fitness KOL, etc. you can find our more related careers online
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, your parents, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the training or qualification required for the careers
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Karen’s Answer

Based on those strengths, here are a few directions where those traits could be in demand:

Corporate Wellness & Sports Management:
What it is: Managing wellness programs for large organisations or managing the business side of gyms, performance center, or sports teams.
Why it fits: It combines your personal passion with the organisational/business skills you likely already possess.

Performance Coaching / Executive Coaching:
What it is: High-end coaching isn't just for athletes; it’s for high-performers. Many people struggle with the "mental weightlifting" of their careers and look for coaches to help them build structure and resilience.
Why it fits: You understand the psychology of pushing past a plateau.

Operations & Project Management:
Why it fits: Honestly, being a project manager is very similar to being a strength coach for a business. You’re managing resources, monitoring performance, and keeping everyone on track to hit their goals. If you enjoy the structure of a training program, you’ll likely enjoy the rigor of complex operations.

Necessary Strengths & Experiences

To make a move into these spaces, you might want to look at gaining a few specific "credentials" to back up your passion:
Business Acumen: If you want to manage a facility or lead a performance team, you’ll need a grasp of P&L management, marketing, and team leadership. Your current experience with project documentation and governance would be a massive head start here.
Industry Certifications: If you go toward the coaching/fitness route, industry-standard certifications (like NASM or ACE in the fitness world, or ICF certifications for life coaching) are key to establishing credibility.

Networking in the Niche: Join associations related to sports management or executive coaching. Reach out to people who hold the roles you’re interested in; most people in these fields love talking to others who have a passion for discipline.

Best of luck

Kelly’s Answer

You're clearly interested in health and fitness, which offers many exciting career options. Here are some jobs you might think about:

- Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Professional Athlete
- Personal Trainer
- Sports Medicine Professional
- Physician Assistant
- Ergonomics Specialist
- Gym Owner or Manager
- Fitness Instructor

To choose the right path, research each option to see if it fits your goals and lifestyle. Keep learning about body mechanics, business skills, and fitness practices on your own.

If you aim to become a professional athlete, remember that this career can be short due to age and injuries. It's wise to have backup plans in the same field that are less physically demanding.
